Viewing/Editing a List:


Navigation -> List Management -> Action -> View/Edit List


  • We can also add a data in the already existing list by using the system provided options action->view/edit list.



  • In this view/edit list window, we can perform various actions.
  • By using the New option, we can add a new data in the aleady existing list.
  • In edit option, the existing data will be able to edit by selecting the data.
  • Delete option will delete the particular data which we should select.
  • Target control contains the several operatins like
    • All data
    • Valid data
    • Invalid data
    • Mobile valid data
    • Mobile invalid data


 All data:

  • Here we can view all the data in the list which we are selected.

 

Valid data:

  • In this option, only the valid data will be displayed.
  • The colour code will be provided for this valid data.
  • The valid data’s will be appear in the blue colour.

Invalid data:

  • Invalid data option will shows the invalid data which is in the list.
  • Here also the colour code will be provided for the invalid data.
  • The invalid data will be appear in the red colour.

Mobile valid data:

  • By clicking this mobile valid data option, the valid mobile number data in the lis will be displayed on the screen.
  • The other invalid data will be filtered.

  

 Mobile invalid data:

  • By clicking the mobile invalid data option, the invalid mobile number data in the list will be displayed on the screen.
  • Valid mobile number data will not be displayed here.


  • And then the export option will export and save the data in the system.
  • Here in the right of the corner the search box will also be available to search the data easily.
  • After the process will be finished the bounced email will also be listed in the system provided column.
