Step 1: Import Contact


Navigation -> Customer Profile-> Contacts-> Import Contacts

             


                                       



Group*Select your Group which you should created earlier. Refer How to create group
File*Browse your file from your system and Click on Upload


Step 2: Export Contacts

Navigation -> Customer Profile -> Contacts-> Export Contacts



Your Excel sheet format should be in CSV and without header.
