1. Send SMS


Navigation -> Customer Profile -> Contacts

 

 

  • Click on the SMS

Step 1: Send SMS


Customer Name* 
Mention your Customer Name
Mobile Number*
Mention the Mobile Number of your customer
Message*
Specify the text Message to send

          

 

        


  • Click on Send sms

 

Step 2: Send Email

Navigation -> Customer Profile -> Contacts



                                                     



  • Click on Mail in the below of contact

Step 2: Send E-mail

To
Your customer Email ID should be displayed 
Subject
Mention the subject of your message and below type your text message
Attachment
Choose the file from your system which you have to attach

          

           

  • Click on Send

Step 3: Call to the customer


Navigation -> Customer Profile -> Contacts

                   

  • Click on Call

Page should be displayed with Customer Name and Mobile Number

 

                  

  • Click on call button
