Group* | Group should be created before creating this contact.Refer How to create group |
Industry* | Mentioning the Industry helps you to identify him/her better |
First Name* | Mention your customer first name |
Last Name* | Mention your customer last name |
Birthday | Mentioning Birthday helps you to convey wishes to that customer and creating more bond with him |
Address 1 | Mention your Customer Address |
Address 2 | Mention your Customer alternate Address |
Phone Mobile* | Mention your customer personal mobile number |
Phone Home | Mention your customer phone number |
Email | Mention customer personal mail ID |
Step 2 : Describe customer Company Info
Company Name | Mention the company name of your customer |
Phone Work | Specify customer phone number of your customer |
Email 2 | Specify the customer company email Id |
URL | Mention the company URL of your lead. |
Step 3: Specify Social Media info of your customer if you need.
Whats-app Id | Whats-app Id of your customer |
Facebook Id | Facebook Id of your customer |
Twitter Id | Twitter Id of your customer |
Step 4: Description of your contact
Notes | Give the Description about your customer |
Privacy | If you switch on the privacy button, then the contact should be enable in your account only. Others cant see this contact. |
Step 5: Bank Details of your contact for fund transfer
Account Name | Mention your account name of your customer |
Account Number | Specify your customer account number, |
Bank Name | Bank name of your customer |
IFSC code/Wire code | IFSC code/Wire code of the bank |
Branch name | Branch name of the bank |
