Inbound SMS is one of the best cost effective solution for tracking interest and collect mobile contact information. Teleduce has enabled unique way of managing inbound SMS campaigns. Best part is that, you can manage multiple campaigns for different timelines with the same number.


Navigation -> Marketing -> Inbound SMS


Step 1: Create Inbound SMS Campaign. Click New Campaign Button


Step 2: Fill in the campaign form to create Inbound SMS campaign.



Campaign Information - Maintain your campaign information to uniquely identify your campaigns 


Validity Information - Provide Keyword assigned for this inbound number, validity of the campaign and select the inbound number(s) to be assigned for this campaign.



Notification Settings
Configure notification settings to receive notification when you receive inbound number. Teleduce offers multiple options to receive notifications. You can receive notification over SMS or Email. 
Define Notification timelines - Teleduce offers 4 different timelines to receive notification. a) Immediate b) Every four hours c) End of Day d) End of week.
Define mobile number or email ID - Provide mobile number or email ID based on the notification channel defined. You can define multiple numbers or email id's separated by comma.



Reply Message Settings:

  Teleduce helps to engage with contacts who sent SMS in different ways.

Default Reply Message:
  Define default reply message. Define count to mention number of times the contact will get the reply message in-spite of number of SMS receive.




Multiple Reply Message:

                           

 Define different reply messages for number of times the contacts sent SMS. For example, For Ist SMS, you can define a message # 1. For 2nd SMS from the same number, you can define a message # 2.

Notification Message:
                           
 Define notification message you would like to receive the notification when there is a inbound SMS. Mention <mobile> in your notification message to receive the inbound SMS number.

Click on Save to create the campaign.
Once created, inbound SMS campaign will be listed in the campaign list.


The live campaigns will be marked with a tick mark as shown below. It also shows the campaign validity and inbound SMS count.
