Navigation - Business communication ->Call logs -> Send SMS


Step 1: Send SMS

Customer Name*
Customer name should be displayed 
Mobile Number*
Mobile number of your customer should be displayed
Message*
Mention the message text you need to send

           

        

          

  • Click on Send SMS

 2. Call

Navigation - Business communication ->Call logs -> Send SMS



Step 1: Call
Customer Name*
Your customer name should be displayed
Mobile Number*
Your mobile number should be displayed

           

         

  • Click on Call

3. Add Contact to Address book
Navigation - Business communication ->Call logs -> Send SMS



Step 1: Add contact to address book
Customer Name*
Customer Name should be displayed
Mobile Number*
Mobile number of your customer should be displayed
Group*
Mention the Group which you assigned for your customer. Refer How to create group
Email Id
Mention the Email ID of your customer for further communication

          


        

  • Click on Save

4. Add as a lead
Navigation - Business communication ->Call logs -> Add Lead


     
Clicking on Add lead, it should redirect to lead creation page. Refer How to create new lead .
