To upload list in telecalling:


Navigation -> List Management -> Upload New List

  • To Upload File

  • Click on List management -> Upload New List







Fill the mandatory and required details



Upload file*
Browse a file from your system, file should be in .CSV format. After uploading file, system will request  for mobile and email header
Mobile Header*
Select the Mobile Header from your CSV file
Email Header
Select the Email Header from your CSV file
List Name*
Give a Name of your list

  • Here we tick the Tele calling option to upload the list in the telecalling campaign.
  • Click on Upload
