Once you get the lead, for example from Justdail, Suleka etc, you can send reply sms or email to your leads.

Reply while SMS or Email or give a call to your lead.

  • Click on Configuration


For SMS configure

  • Click on SMS Settings
  • Click on SMS On
  • Type your SMS reply text and click on save



Email:

  • Click on Email Setting
  • Click on Email On


Fill the following details


From Mail
Your Email ID should be displayed
Subject
Mention your subject of your content
Mail Content
Mention your Mail Content





  • Click on Save

Call


  • Click on Call Settings
  • Click on Call On
  • Default mobile number should be displayed
  • Select who should get the call first




  • Click on Save

For Lead Notification:


  • Lead Notification configuration is used for sending the instant reply to the lead.

  • To add a new notification, click on the Add Notification option.
  • By clicking on the add notification, lead notification configuration window is opened.




Here we enter the required configuration details, then click on the save to add a new notification.

And also we can edit and delete the added notification by using the action.



For field customization:

  • Field Customization is used to customize the fields and sections for creation of new lead.
For section customization,

  • To add a new section, click on the add section option.
  • By clicking on Add section, section creation window will be opened and click on save to create a new section.


For field customization,
  • To add a new field, click on the add field option to add a new field.
  • By clicking on the Add field, add field window will be displayed and fill the required details and then click on save.


For lead stage configuration,

  • Lead stage configuration is used to configure the lead stage.


  • To add a new lead stage, click on the add lead stage.
  • By click on the Add Lead Stage, Lead stage configuration window will be opened.


  • Click save to add a new lead.
  • After that by using action, it can be able to edit and delete.

For lead dashboard configuration,

  • It is used to configure for lead dashboard.

  • By clicking on add title option, lead stage configuration creation window will be opened.
  • Then, we will select the lead title field and click save to add lead stage.
